Delete your account

You can delete your Glide account and the data attached to it at any time. The quickest way is in the app: More → Profile → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, use the form below and we will verify your number and do it for you.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, photo and language preference.
- For a parent: your children’s records — their details, photos, attendance and progress history.
- For a club admin: the club, its batches, venues, students, attendance, dues, payment screenshots and announcements.
What we keep, and why
We keep a minimal financial record of subscription payments you made to us — amount, date and payment reference — because tax law requires it. It contains no student data. Payment screenshots are purged 180 days after verification regardless of whether you delete your account.
If you are a club admin and other coaches or parents still depend on the club, we will contact you before removing it so nobody loses their records without warning.
How long it takes
Requests made in the app take effect immediately. Requests made here are completed within 30 days of us verifying the number, and usually much sooner. Questions: sales@effizene.com.
