Android 7 and above, which covers almost every Android phone sold since 2016, budget models included. Attendance works fully offline at the ground. Parents on an iPhone can use the browser version today; a native iOS app comes later.

Then it waits for you. Anything that doesn't match cleanly — wrong amount, unclear image, a reference number we've seen before — goes into a queue where you approve or reject it with one tap. You can always mark a fee paid or record cash yourself. A failed read never blocks a parent.
