Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Glide, operated by Effizene Biztech Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. Coaches are responsible for having the right to hold the student and guardian information they enter, and for the accuracy of what they publish on their club page.

What we do and do not do

Glide is record-keeping software: attendance, dues, progress and communication. We are not a payment processor. Fees flow directly from a parent to the coach’s own UPI ID. Screenshot verification is an aid, not a guarantee — the club admin can always override it, and the coach remains solely responsible for what they treat as paid, for refunds to parents, and for any tax on their own fee income.

Subscriptions

• The free plan is limited to 10 active students per club.
• Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Prices are in Indian rupees.
• Promotional pricing (for example the early-bird rate) applies for the stated period and then reverts to the list price shown when it ends.
• If a renewal fails, your club keeps working for a short grace period and then returns to the free plan’s limits. Your existing records stay readable — we do not delete data because a payment lapsed.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another club, attempt to reach data that is not yours, or use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for fees a parent did or did not pay you.

Ending it

You may stop using Glide at any time and request deletion of your account. We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately for serious breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the seat of Effizene Biztech Private Limited having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: sales@effizene.com.
